A: Thermal shock: high temperature to low temperature or low temperature to high temperature, for most of our products, the temperature difference cannot be more than 180鈩 (for example hot dish put on the cold water or wet surface). It’s not considerate as thermal shock if the glass does not inter into direct contact (like with air).
A: Yes, there is different quality in high borosilicate glass. The main difference is thermal shock, the best quality is the products that have the highest thermal shock resistance. Most off our products thermal shock can reach 180鈩.
The quality of borosilicate glass depends on the percentage of boron in the formula and the processing way of making the glass, but this difference is not visible, so you cannot tell the difference from the outlook.
A: Our borosilicate glass products and tempered glass products are oven safe.
Materials of below 3 kinds of glass can be used in oven:
High Borosilicate glass, as our borosilicate glass items, are high quality in the market
Low Borosilicate glass, medium quality
Tempered glass, lowest quality
A: Nonporous glass won't stain or absorb odors. Clear glass allows you to watch your food as it cooks, serve your creation in style, and see what's inside while stored. Incredibly durable as long as sudden changes in temperature are avoided. Safe for oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. Lead-free, it’s healthy to use. Glass material can be 100% recycled so it’s also ecofriendly. Glass, bakes more evenly than metal and prevents mixing of metallic or other flavors in the cuisine.
A: Lids- logo on lids can be changed by opening a new mold for a specific area made for it. Mold charge is about USD200/item.
Glass body- Our logo on glass body is not removable. If you want to change the logo, we have to open new mold. The mold charge depends on the size of the glass, around USD5000.00/item to USD10000/item, MOQ 10000pcs/item/order. For orders less than MOQ, let say 9,000pcs/item, we can still do, but 10,000pcs/item is more suitable for arrange the production. When your order quantity reaches 40,000pcs/item, we can return the mold charges.
A: Our MOQ is 3000pcs / item / order.
For orders equal or over 1200pcs/item but less than 3000pcs, we can still take the order if we have other orders in hand for those items to combine production, but some extra cost for the printing may apply. Please check with our sales.
A: Actually, cannot, unless if we open a new mold, the same mold cannot be used for PP&PE.
PE: Soft, a little bit cheaper, cannot pass LFGB test, can pass FDA without olive oil test.
PP: Hard, a little bit more expensive than PE, can pass FDA and LFGB.
A: Yes, it is real natural bamboo, dishwasher, refrigerator safe, but cannot be used in microwave or oven.
A: Bamboo is reasonable & competitive price and more durable than Acacia.
Acacia is good looking and more attractive for some markets.
A: NO, the process will be too complicated and it will be too expensive so not worth.
For baking dishes, we can use any kind of wood lids (like acacia wood, beech wood, bamboo, etc.)
Please remember that no matter the wood we use, we cannot control the color as it’s natural material.
A: NO. They are Laser grave logos. We cannot control the final color, some part will be lighter, some part will be darker, it depends on how the bamboo/wood absorb the laser burning.
A: 1. Silicone handles make it easy to grip.
2.The temperature of the silicone handles will down faster than the glass after cooking.
3.Silicone handles are good looking.
4.Heat resistance to 230鈩, you don’t have to remove the silicone for use into the oven.
A: Yes, but only if open a new tooling. Mold charge cost can be provided upon request.
A: Fabric of most bags are 600D Polyester.
